We collect your email address, name, and phone number when you create an account or submit a subscription request. Uploaded certificate templates and name lists are processed to generate your certificates and are not shared with third parties.
Your information is used to manage your account, process subscription requests, and communicate updates related to your order or account status.
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, and Brevo for transactional email delivery. These providers process data solely to support DamCerti's operation.
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us.
